Successfully obtaining and redeeming subsidies takes a lot of work. Orientation and initiative: develop a subsidy-qualifying project

Our intensive contacts with (European) subsidy providers mean we have inside information. The result is an assessment of your chances of obtaining subsidy, and contact with the right organisations.
Application: scoring the subsidy application (value for money)
During the application phase, we work with you to prepare a high quality subsidy application. We know the subsidy rules, and understand the challenges in your sector, type of business or region. Using this knowledge, we write a subsidy application which – where relevant – will be competitive with other applicants' grant applications. Implementation: receiving subsidy funds
Promise of a grant doesn't mean you can immediately start enjoying the subsidy amounts. In many cases the project must first be started, or (some) costs incurred, before subsidy funds are paid out. Furthermore, you have to comply with particular administrative and reporting requirements. We can also help you with this part of the project, by providing tools, helping to align your administration activities or taking care of the required reporting.
Secure: effective implementation of your subsidy
Enabling the subsidy project as a whole, and ensuring its effective implementation, is the goal of our process management.
