Results-oriented (international) project management

Implementation of grant-funded projects entails a variety of activities. Good control of the relevant financial and process objectives is central to successful completion of the project.

Subpoort believes that the quality of project management is critical to a subsidised project's success. This quality expresses itself in the careful organisation and execution of project components, so that your organisation is not overstretched for cash, time or human resources.

Subpoort employs a number of key principles in (international) project management:

  • separating management and executive functions
  • creating clarity of roles and tasks for project staff
  • establishing clear phasing within the project (preparation, performance and completion)
  • analysing strengths
  • celebrating milestones
  • setting up a good control structure (cash, time, and quality, among others)

We have extensive experience in the field of development and execution of results-oriented (international) project management.

Financial responsibility

The subsidy provider imposes strict accounting requirements on the funds received: this must be both on-time and transparent. In our experience the early setting-up of good project administration will prevent unnecessary problems arising.

Subpoort supports you in establishing appropriate financial administration, and in the creation of the required progress reports and final accounts.
